I grew up the son of a local general contractor and have been on job sites as long as I can remember. Through my growing up experiences, I have seen the various components that go into starting and ending a project, relating with the client on a personal level, running a business with integrity, and giving value in everything I do.
After college, I began working as an ESOL teacher and soccer coach at The Howard School. At Howard, I began brainstorming about what I could do to help provide work for my students and players who may not have the opportunity to pursue a post-secondary education or who wanted or needed to begin working to help provide for their families. The result was the birth of Croxall Roofing Company.
The long-term goal of Croxall Roofing is not only to provide jobs but to build our painters into leaders who will one day take on the role of foreman or project manager, allowing them to build a successful career where they will be able to provide for their families, while also learning valuable life skills such as budgeting and leadership development.
